If you like what you hear and want to move forward, the next step is to sign our simple agreement and pay a 50% deposit to secure your project. Once payment is received, we’ll begin your onboarding and our signature collaborative design process begins!
We’ll work closely with you every step of the way to create designs, graphics, and content that truly resonate with your ideal customers. It all starts with a little bit of research on our part to get to know you. Over the next couple weeks, you’ll review and choose the elements you love — header, navigation, footer, and more — while we'll build a live prototype together. You’ll have real-time access at every stage of the build, so there are never any surprises.
After launch, your Starter Website Package includes 30 days of dedicated post-launch training and support to help you get comfortable managing the site right away. We’ll check in at the 30-day mark to ensure everything is running smoothly, and again at the 6-month point to confirm you’re set up for long-term success. For clients who want hands-off growth, we also offer a Site Maintenance Package that keeps your website secure, up-to-date, and performing at its best — complete with fresh monthly content designed to generate new leads continually.
Mile Zero Pricing is simple and upfront, with no hidden fees or predatory contracts. We offer a straight-forward Starter Package that includes everything you need to succeed in today's AI driven landscape, and a Maintenance Package for those that want to put content creation & growth on cruise control.
We usually complete Starter Websites in about 30 days. Sometimes it takes a little longer, and in rare cases it can be faster. Our process is collaborative, and built to fit around your busy schedule. We start with an onboarding meeting to understand your goals and vision. Next, we work together to choose the design and features you like. We'll schedule weekly check-ins so you always know where things stand and there are no surprises. Before launch, we set up your analytics and marketing tools and complete a full quality review to make sure everything is ready.
We'll do our absolute best to help you rank as high as possible on Google. Mile Zero websites are thoughtfully designed to appeal to humans, search engine crawlers, and AI agents, giving you a strong foundation for discoverability. That said, reaching the top of Google often requires time, effort, and resources, so we can’t guarantee it. What we do promise is that we'll equip you with the data, tools, and strategies needed to maximize your ranking potential based on the time and resources you’re able to invest.
We build websites using Webflow, a user-friendly, low-code platform that makes editing content simple, straightforward and FAST. After the site is done and in your hands, you’ll have the freedom to modify and update it as needed, with built-in guardrails to ensure nothing breaks. We provide basic Webflow training with every project to get you comfortable with the platform, and we're always here to lend a hand if you need support with anything else.
