A few projects that show how I think, what I make, and the problems I like to solve.
A Canadian outdoor retailer had strong brand recognition and existing customer demand, but its ecommerce experience was creating unnecessary friction. I used analytics, SEO auditing and customer behaviour to identify and prioritize improvements across navigation, product discovery, and content. Within six months, Shopify conversion increased by 60%.

While leading creative for the WHL's Victoria Royals, I discovered that a badly lit photo of the starting lineup was the team’s most engaging social post. As a designer, that was slightly annoying. But I turned that discovery into an A/B test, and my redesign increased engagement by 39%.
